Orders are accepted on a firm sale basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
PRICES
All prices quoted (except RRP suggestions) do not include VAT. We reserve the right to alter our prices if necessary at any time.
CARRIAGE
Carriage is free on all UK mainland orders above £125.00 excluding VAT.
UK mainland orders under £125.00 excluding VAT are subject to a standard carriage charge of £7.50.
Carriage is payable on all overseas orders and to outlying parts of the UK and will be advised prior to despatch.
DELIVERY
Orders are normally despatched within three working days of receipt and are delivered by Parcelforce. Any damage or shortfall should be notified to us within ten days of receipt.
PAYMENT
First orders are fulfilled on a pro forma basis, otherwise strictly 30 days from invoice date if you have a credit account. Please ask to apply for a credit account if you would like one. Where a credit account has been agreed, payment must be made within the specified time for that agreement to continue. Ownership of goods pass to the customer only when payment has been made in full.
Payment may be made by BACs to sort code 05-05-60, account number 29664079; cheque made payable to Dyson Design Limited; or online at www.dysondesign.com by debit/credit card or PayPal.
